A Heartfelt Update from the ACTO Board

Dear ACTO Community,

Foremost, we want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to each of you for being part of the ACTO journey. Together, we have experienced a remarkable path of growth, learning, evolution, and meaningful connection. While the formal chapter of ACTO is approaching its close, the spirit and impact of this organization continue to live on in the relationships built, ideas shared, and seeds planted across the world.

As a Board, we recently gathered to reflect, reconnect, and continue stewarding ACTO’s final season with care and intention. In our meeting, we focused on honoring the legacy of this organization while ensuring that important resources, relationships, and responsibilities are thoughtfully tended to.

We are pleased to share that conference materials and treasured resources will remain accessible as we work to preserve ACTO’s rich history. Efforts are underway to organize and consolidate years of learning, recordings, and materials so that members may continue to benefit from them in meaningful ways.

We hope you had the opportunity to attend a special commemorative panel on May 27th, featuring past board chairs’ voices reflecting on what ACTO has stood for and what has resonated most deeply for them. This offering celebrated the heart, values, and legacy that have shaped our shared experience.

As we prepare for our final gatherings, Board members are taking time to reflect personally on the meaning ACTO has held in our lives and in the broader coaching community. We remain deeply proud of ACTO’s contribution to expanding the understanding of coaching as a powerful resource for individuals and communities around the globe. We are especially grateful for the richness brought by our international leadership and membership, spanning countries including India, Chile, Spain, Kenya, the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, and beyond.

Above all, we want you to know how appreciative we are to have walked this journey with you. ACTO has always been more than an organization—it has been a community rooted in connection, curiosity, courage, and shared purpose.

We warmly invite you to join us for our final forum on June 24 from 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. ET, where we will gather face-to-face to honor this chapter, reflect together, and say goodbye with gratitude and care. We would love to hear your reflections and celebrate all that we have created together.
