IMPORTANT: Make sure you have a valid PASSPORT to travel to Canada.

By far the most TIME effective way to get to the Conference is flying into the Victoria International Airport.
– there are DIRECT flights from Toronto, San Francisco & Calgary, but most flights will connect through either Vancouver or Seattle
– make sure you have checked with Alaska Airlines (alaskaair.com), Air Canada (aircanada.com), or WestJet (westjet.com), for the best fares
Transportation from Victoria International Airport to Venue
NOTE: We do NOT have Lyft, Uber or similar internet-based ride services in Victoria.

Fees are $20 – $25
Cabs: will be waiting in front of the airport. Fee is approximately $60-$70 to the venue / to downtown.

Transportation from Vancouver to Victoria
A coach bus that departs from the Vancouver airport, travels onto the ferry and goes to downtown Victoria (about a 5-min walk to our venue.) (Approx. $50 one way.)
Transportation from Seattle to Victoria
Passenger ferry only from downtown Seattle to downtown Victoria (basically across the street from our venue).
Approximately a 4-hour ferry trip. ($160-$180 return depending on when you book.)
