Sharon Y. Brown, CPC, PCC, MS is a certified professional coach (since 2007), owner of Collaborate Change, and faculty member at Leadership That Works (www.leadershipthatworks.com). As a coach and community educator since 2011, Sharon supports students to connect deeply and coach respectfully across cultural difference. She brings warmth and heart into her work and models her deeply held values of collaboration, cultural awareness, and social justice. Sharon brings extensive corporate project and team leadership experience into her work for Leadership that Works and with organizational clients. Sharon is a co-author of the book Coaching for Transformation: Pathways to Ignite Personal and Social Change. She earned a B.A. from Swarthmore College and an M.S. from Rutgers University.

 

Steven Filante CPCC, PCC has been coaching since 1999 and training coaches since 2001. Steven is a faculty member of Leadership That Works (www.LeadershipThatWorks.com). He trains coaches worldwide and is a coach mentor and supervisor. Leadership That Works’ vision for cultural awareness has awakened Steven to use coaching and coach training to create communication across cultural barriers. Steven works with individuals to create personal and professional lives of integrity and joy. He helps clients discover the truest expression of themselves and create their leadership in the world out of that expression.  He brings body presence and awareness into all of his work. His depth of experience includes more than 20 years of participation with Men’s Work.
