As we come to the end of the year, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to the many speakers, facilitators, coaching colleagues, and contributors who have enriched our monthly Forums, Community Conversations, and our annual conference throughout 2025.

Whether you showed up as a presenter or as a participant in the conversation, your generosity, insight, and willingness to share your expertise continue to shape this community in meaningful ways. Each session has offered new ideas, sparked thoughtful conversation, and reminded us of the power of collective learning.

As we look toward the new year, we do so with a spirit of curiosity and gratitude—grateful for all we have explored together, and eager for the conversations and insights still to come.
