The Human Potential Institute is a leading training organization in the fields of human potential development, certified coach training and personal and professional growth. Alongside our core Certified Human Potential Coach training, we offer several personal and professional development programs including ICF Group Mentor Coaching, Coach CEU programs including intensive day and weekend programs. The HPI Certified, Human Potential Coach Training Program is the premier ICF-accredited professional coach training program for anyone wishing to gain appropriate skills and credentialing to be able to coach in multiple domains: life, health, performance and many others. Our science-based program also teaches you how to develop a thriving coaching practice focused on helping clients achieve their goals, realize their potential and upgrade their body, mind and life. The 35-week curriculum combines everything you would expect from a premium professional coach training program, plus, cutting edge insights from positive psychology, nutrition, neuroscience and human potential development. The program is founded on a unique presence-centered, somatically-oriented coaching methodology which equally enables coaches to powerfully bring their knowledge and resource their clients while remaining fully-aligned with the ICF competencies. The program is primarily divided into 3 parts:Part 1. Online Training Program (35 weeks)Part 2. Live Training Calls (35 weeks)Part 3. In-Person Workshop (2 days)Parts one and two run concurrently and the entire coach training program runs for 35 weeks. Our 2-day workshop is an experiential ‘deep-dive’ into the methodology and how to integrate it into your coaching.There is also an 8-week Mindfulness training which also happens within the 35-weeks of training.
