Adonica Sweet

Adonica Sweet, MCC, CEC, CCM is an optimistic, compassionate leader with a passion for coaching to create sustained change in people and organizations. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), she educates and mentors coaches and leaders. Her clients are primarily in leadership roles building confidence as a professional and developing coaching competence. She works with organizations to help them recognize and master the use of their core assets: the brilliant people that bring their organization alive.
Adonica’s passion for inspiring and empowering people has grown over thirty years in the Human Services field. She has worked with diverse populations in the public and private sectors internationally. As a change champion, she’s been recognized for her ability to move individuals and organizations through transitions positively, manage resistance, and embrace change. She was awarded the Leadership Excellence Award for establishing an “employee as coach” internal coaching network, promoting a coaching culture in an organization of over 35,000 employees while mentoring coaches to advance their coaching skills.
