Incorporating Competency to Coach Marginalized Populations Into Your Coach Training ProgramBobbi and Sarah Parish

Join Bobbi and Sarah Parish, founders of the first international Certified Trauma Recovery Coaching program. They will walk you through the benefits of developing competency to coach marginalized populations in your coach training organization.  We will discuss how this benefits coach training organizations as well as students newly entering into coaching.  You will learn what makes a coach competent to work with marginalized communities. Finally, let’s talk about how to incorporate these competencies into your current coaching training organization.  We will present you with a worksheet walking you through the issues at hand, from marketing your program to graduation requirements. Small group, triads, large group exercises will provide active learning with very little lecture (snooze!) format. Join us as we blow open a world of new populations to serve with coaching and coaching education.
