La’Wana Harris is a Consulting Partner for The Ken Blanchard Companies, an ICF Credentialed Coach, and a global diversity consultant. She has worked for 27 years as a community activist creating diversity and inclusion awareness programs, holistic culture experiences, and integrated management solutions. She is a servant leader who believes we need to make room for everyone to feel they belong and to provide the opportunity for them to contribute their best self to society and the workplace.

Her most recent book, Diversity Beyond Lip Service: A Coaching Guide for Challenging Bias, introduces an “inside out” coaching approach for increasing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in organizations.
