  • Short introduction on the intercultural limits of social, family, educative and cultural programming, and on much deeper metacultural human foundations.
  • One or two practical interpersonal exercises plus debriefs.
  • Larger group share of some of the debriefs, plus questioning to elicit deeper awareness.
  • More formal presentation of theory on Metacultural awareness model and background.
  • Q and A period allowing for deeper developments related to participant interests.

Alain Cardon was born in Algeria in 1949.

He grew up in Egypt, until 1967, so he speaks and understands Egyptian Arabic.

Graduate studies in the United States until 1973, so he speaks English with a slight Middle-West American accent. He is married and has two adult sons, three grandsons

Alain Cardon is currently based in Paris, France and Bucharest, Romania.

Alain Cardon’s systemic executive coaching, team coaching and organizational coaching practice is international and often in English (CEE, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Latin and North America, Africa and Asia). In these regions, his role is to initiate and sometimes pilot strategic organization development activities that are often relayed by local or internal executive coaches, team coaches and consultants.
