The world has changed much more dramatically than the coaching profession has in the last 20 years. It’s time for us to reinvent what it means to be a Coach for the Connected Age! Think relational vs. transactional. New technologies and social networks are presenting us with profound possibilities to provide REAL Coaching! BUT we will have to let go of some old ideas that are keeping our profession tied to the Industrial Age. I have been a Professional Life Coach for 20 years and in the last year I have radically “upleveled” my game. I will share with you what I have learned and present you with clear opportunities to play BIG.

    In this segment we will expand upon: Powerful Questions, Active Listening, Direct Communication, Expand Awareness and Managing Progress.

    In this segment we will expand upon: Agreement, Building Trust and Coaching Presence
  3. We will explore the idea that Life Coaching is much more than Humanistic Counseling as it is presently defined; it also includes personalized teaching of skills and concepts, co-creating unique strategies and issuing challenges and exercises that expand your players’ abilities and awareness.
    In this segment we will expand upon: Building Trust, Planning and Goal Setting, Designing Actions and Managing Progress.
  4. We will explore the idea that OFTEN people are NOT creative, resourceful and whole… like anytime they experience fear, overwhelm or the traumas of everyday life. So what do we do when our fundamental premise is compromised?
    In this segment we will expand upon: Building Trust, Presence, Direct Communication and Designing Actions.
  5. We will explore the idea that the ongoing successes of your players are your best marketing.. BY FAR! To do this we will need a radically new perspective on coaching confidentiality.
    In this segment we will expand upon Coaching Agreement and Managing Progress.
