This presentation will present poetry curated to issues that we often see in our work with clients. This is not a seminar in poetry analysis; rather, it invites listening inwardly and translating the poet’s message into valuable information for both coach and client. Coaches who attend will get an opportunity to respond to the poems and ask questions related to using poetry in coaching.
Participants will take away a new appreciation for poetry and how it can be useful to create awareness and conversation. The use of poetry requires that the coach listen well, both inwardly and with clients. Participants will find that the poems are natural fits for common client concerns.
