Unveiling the 2021 Conference Logo

The ACTO Education and Research Committee is proud to unveil the 2021 Conference Logo! In early November, the committee commissioned several graphic artists to produce a conference logo. After much deliberation, and in light of the theme of “Leveling Up: Integrating Equity and Inclusion with Excellence in Coach Training,” the committee chose this logo as the winner! Overall, it best represents the “energy, essence, and feel” that the conference is intended to provide participants. Committee Chair Jason Veliquette sums up the new logo design nicely:

Much like the title of the conference, the logo symbolizes the emergence of coach training and how the integration of equity and inclusion are a reflection of coach training excellence.  Also, the multiple colors are representative of ACTO’s direction to continue to become an ever inclusive organization.

ACTO 2021 Conference Dates and Fees Announced!

Mark your calendars now! The 2021 ACTO Conference will be held virtually June 16-18. The conference theme this year is “Leveling Up: Integrating Equity and Inclusion with Excellence in Coach Training.” The conference is intended to provide a creative environment where we can increase excellence in coach training while incorporating the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in our work. 

The conference is 100% virtual. According to Jason Veliquette, Education and Research Committee Co-Chair and Conference Organizer, “By meeting online, ACTO conference costs have been reduced greatly. At the same time, and in line with our commitment to diversity, belonging, and inclusion in coach training, the board and conference committee are working to make this our most accessible conference ever.” Details about scholarships for the conference will be forthcoming in January.
