When in the conversation of DEIB, we usually talk about how we need to treat others but we rarely consider how to create in ourselves a mindset of openness and acceptance of other people, cultures, and lifestyles. In this session, Jim will offer four core ideas for expanding self as a tool for coaching and teaching in an increasingly diverse space. Working from those core ideas, we will share resources to grow our collective “library” of resources and ideas.

Participants can expect to challenge their personal practices and expand their toolkit for how they experience and see the world. All this will be in service to helping them be better coach trainers.
