Lee Coffee

Lee serves as a Leadership Practitioner in the Leadership Institute within Human Resources at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is a distinguished graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), received his Bachelors of Arts in the Psychology of Organizational Development and his Master of Arts in Education from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Other notable certifications include: MBTI Master Practitioner® Laughter Yoga, Performance Based Hiring; Negotiating to Yes.  He is a Newfield Network Certified (NCC) & International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  Lee is a results-oriented practitioner with extensive experience designing and facilitating enterprise-wide organizational development and employee relations programs. Specialized experience in developing and implementing strategic business solutions focused on improving manager-employee relationships, work unit efficiencies, and high performance teams.  With more than 30 years’ experience in leadership development across diverse organizations to include healthcare, corporate America, non-profit, legal communities and the military.  Prior to joining MD Anderson, Lee was a well-known  Chatuaqua performer and consultant lecturing in Italy, London, and various forums across America.   He is a published author featured in Black Cowboys of Texas, winner of T.R. Ferenbach Award for non-fiction by the Texas Historical Commission and contributing writer to national and international magazines including: Professional Speaker Magazine, Our Heritage, Black Diaspora, News-Leader and others.  Lee contributed to Conversations on Success, an insightful, candid, inspirational book featuring Ken Blanchard, and other well-known business consultants
