Since 2006 Cliff has worked worldwide as a thought leader, organization development (OD) practitioner, executive leadership coach, and keynote speaker. He also serves as an adjunct faculty for American University’s “KEY Executive” Leadership Program, George Mason University’s Accredited Coach Training Program “Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being.” and Dean of Polarity Partnerships’ 2-year Mastery Program.

Prior to external consulting/coaching, Cliff was VP of OD for The National Cooperative Bank, Sr. OD Consultant at The Washington Post, and head of Human Resources and Training in the corporate offices of The Washington Post Company.
In 2021 Cliff was received a “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Gestalt Center for Organization and System Development.
