Greg Jenkins
Greg Jenkins is a dedicated and passionate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant, coach, and life-long learner. Greg completed a successful 28+ year US Army career that ranged from overseas duties in Germany, South Korea, and combat duty in Iraq to include several stateside assignments culminating in Washington D.C. While serving in uniform, Greg's performance leading Military Equal Opportunity efforts resulted in developing a model program for other US Army Equal Opportunity and human relations advisors.
Greg's leadership and strategic planning skills were further demonstrated when he was selected for the Army's Diversity Task Force at the Pentagon. In this role, he played a key part in establishing the Army's Diversity program, policies, and products. His instrumental role in the planning and execution of the Army's Diversity marketing campaign, which achieved worldwide coverage for the Army's 1.4M Soldiers, civilians, and their family members, further highlights his strategic planning and leadership skills.
After completing his Army career, Greg continues to provide DEI high-performance organization development, facilitation, instruction, research and analytics, strategy, and curriculum development and delivery. As a diversity consultant, Greg has provided various services to multiple federal and state government agencies, including military organizations.
Greg's versatility as a DEI consultant is further evident in his diverse corporate client portfolio. He continues to work with various industries and organizations, including wealth management, finance, banking, entertainment, insurance, manufacturing, higher education, major US city administrative centers, global beverage conglomerates, retail services, facilities management, non-profits, and various legal firms. His diverse experience showcases his adaptability and versatility in working with different business backgrounds and interests.
Greg is a Qualified Administrator (QA) with the Intercultural Development Inventory LLC (IDI) and now also serves on the Harvard Business Review (HRB) Advisory Council, providing insight to shape the content HRB develops to enrich perspectives on ideas for the broader world of management and leadership. Greg focuses on family, friends, physical fitness, running, and reading and loves to volunteer and mentor, where he also provides leadership coaching for business professionals, US Military service members, and veterans.
