Global Trauma Institute

GTI offers immersive 10- or 20-week experiential learning programs designed to certify individuals as Certified Trauma Care Advocates or Certified Trauma Care Practitioners (Initial and Advanced). Our programs equip participants with the skills to support their local communities globally with a deep understanding of trauma. We emphasize collaborative, culturally sensitive practices grounded in curiosity and compassion, preparing you to make a meaningful impact in your role. The 10-week Advocacy Program equips participants to apply trauma-informed practices across all aspects of their work. The 20-week Practitioner Program trains individuals to partner with clients as trauma-sensitive coaches, fostering a collaborative and supportive approach.
