An interactive group coaching offering, a workshop, for six people. We request that attendees ensure they are available to attend both working sessions in full and have time between sessions to workshop concepts.
This offering provides attendees with space and time to put energy towards alignment/realignment around vision, values, and purpose for their individual coaching practice. Attendees will leave with a foundational draft of each.
Space is limited to six participants. You MUST be available to attend both working sessions (4 hours total). Sessions will be hosted through Zoom.
Registrations are approved on a first come, first served basis once payment is received. You will receive a payment link after submitting the registration form.
Melanie is a rehabilitated “corpo.” An ex-pat of sorts who spent years in high-level organizational development and executive advisory roles, on staff and consulting for organizations like Fidelity, The Boston Athletic Association, Glen Urquhart School, iFactory, Massachusetts Life Sciences Center, Nucleus Research, Just Transition Fund, and NourishRX. Her curiosity and intuition brought her to an intensive coaching program through Leadership that Works. Melanie transformed her approach, gained an International Coaching Federation accredited certification, and her practice evolved. She also holds a trauma-informed coaching credential and is committed to integrating and embedding in anti-oppression practices into each of her partnerships. She specializes in aligning people and teams through intended and unintended transition, supporting transformation while developing values-based, self-led individuals. Melanie works with evolving groups, grounding them in vision and purpose while connecting them to ways of communicating with deeper intention as they consider who they are in relation to their leadership or before they enter into strategic organizational or other generative work. Melanie is the mom of two inspiring people, a lover of humans (and solitude, almost equally), and a deep connector to feelings, words, the woods, the city, the winter, dogs, and photography.
