My promise to you for this webinar is to supercharge your coaching with new tools. They come from a field that is related so much to organisational coaching that I call it a ‘sibling’: Human Factors. A scientific discipline and profession whose goal is similar to ours: optimise human well-being and overall system performance. Although the tools within Human Factors are different, we coaches can definitely use some of them.
In this webinar, you’ll learn about job crafting, job carving and task-fit analysis. Tools at the cutting edge of the siblings, organisational coaching and Human Factors. Tools of value for the top-of-mind topics of any organisation, including CTO’s: sustainable performance, prevention of stress and burn-out, career development, reintegration after sick leave. Tools of value for any coach, as they help you in self-care and self-management in order to remain resilient and energised for your work.
You MUST be available to attend the workshop live. The session will be hosted through Zoom.
Prospective members will receive a payment link after submitting the registration form, registration is not complete until payment is received.
