Have you ever worked with a neurodivergent client? Chances are you have, even if this information wasn’t disclosed to you. While it’s not necessary to become an expert in neurodiversity, recognizing how it impacts clients is essential. Neurodivergent clients may face challenges in recognizing and articulating their strengths, needs, and motivators, or in planning, organizing, and prioritizing their goals. Overlooking these challenges can lead to missed opportunities, unrealized potential, and decreased confidence or motivation. This workshop offers a basic understanding of neurodiversity, builds awareness of how neurodivergence can impact clients and coaching, and provides simple coaching adjustments and action steps to better support the success of neurodivergent clients.

Learning Outcomes
  • A basic understanding of neurodiversity.
  • Awareness of how neurodivergence can impact clients and coaching.
  • Simple coaching adjustments and strategies to support neurodivergent clients.
  • This session will include multiple opportunities for audience participation through interactive questioning, small group work, and case studies where they will be asked to apply their new learning to generate strategies and questions to best serve neurodivergent clients.

Space is limited to fifteen participants. You MUST be available to attend the workshop live. The session will be hosted through Zoom.

Registrations are approved on a first come, first served basis. Prospective members will receive a payment link after submitting the registration form, registration is not complete until payment is received.
