This session will address the role that coaches can play to enhance their client’s inner power and systemic impact. Together, we will look at a test case and see how coaching skills can be used effectively to support clients as they grapple with the impact of polarizing systems. Kawtar will demonstrate how coaches can use specific skills and ICF competencies to hold spaces that equalize power dynamics across differences.

Kawtar El Alaoui is a global expert in the fields of personal, leadership and systemic transformation. She brings to her work two decades of experience across a wide and complementary range of disciplines spanning from law to mediation, cross-cultural leadership, transformational coaching and purpose alignment, facilitation, diversity, equity and inclusion, and peace-driven advocacy.
Kawtar has worked and collaborated with pioneers in the fields of policy, organizational change and social impact spanning from Asia to North-Africa, the Middle East, Europe and North America. Her coaching has supported clients in successfully crafting and implementing large social impact and policy initiatives.
