This session will address the role that coaches can play to enhance their client’s inner power and systemic impact. Together, we will look at a test case and see how coaching skills can be used effectively to support clients as they grapple with the impact of polarizing systems. Kawtar will demonstrate how coaches can use specific skills and ICF competencies to hold spaces that equalize power dynamics across differences.
