These quarterly sessions focus on shared learnings and best practices for getting the PCC Markers integrated into coach training programs, including staff training, curriculum updates, mentoring and assessing.  Specific discussions on the individual Markers is not in the scope of these sessions.

Our last session focused on the experience and wisdom of the ACTO community to explore the role of the PCC Markers in training and mentoring. If you were unable to attend, be sure to check out the video recording!

The next session explores how transitioning to the PCC Markers has impacted training organizations, oral exam backlogs and inter-rater reliability in the assessing process. We will also uncover the ways that different training organizations are working to continuously improve inter-rater reliability using the Markers in the assessing process.
