In this session we will explore the ICF Core Competencies and the similarities and differences regarding ICF expectations for new, experienced, and master coaches. This session is also designed to better understand ICF core competencies and the PCC markers. By the end of the session participants will be more knowledgeable about ICF core competencies, how they are demonstrate in the coaching performance, and what is the coaching philosophy and values for ICF.
Damian Goldvarg, Ph.D., MCC, ESIA has thirty years of experience in executive assessment and coaching, leadership development, talent management, facilitation, strategic planning, and team building services. Originally from Argentina, he has extensive experience working with people from different cultures and social backgrounds. He has worked with individuals and organizations in over sixty countries, including the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia, offering services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
He is a Master Certified Coach and received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant University in California. He is also an Accredited Coach Supervisor (ESIA) and facilitates certifications on Professional Coaching (ACTP), Mentor Coaching and Coaching Supervision. He was the 2013-2014 ICF Global President.
