Group and Team Coaching – Essential Elements and Approaches
January 20, 2016
Join Effective Group Coaching author and thought leader Jennifer Britton, for this conversation which explores essential elements in any group coaching process. The call will focus in on what group coaching is, and is not, along with foundational skills, engagement and approaches required by effective group and team coaches today. We’ll look at how group coaching differs from team coaching, and how these sub-disciplines connect in with our core coaching competencies. Coach Trainers will benefit from hearing about best practices identified through the research and writing of her two books – Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2009) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013).
