ACTO’s April 2019 coaching Panel will be discussing coaching with respect to the different generations and how to keep in mind the variety of their needs, desires and perspectives. We will examine how to effectively establish coaching agreements across generations, how to foster trust and intimacy across differing generations and how to form powerful questions according to generational needs.
Participants will learn:
- Considerations when coaching outside of your generation
- Considerations for coaching within each generation
- How to craft powerful questions that speak to the client’s generation


He champions his clients to stretch their imagination, to feel deeply, and to ask the difficult questions. To him, it matters that he faces his own fears in order to better stand with clients in their own. From scuba diving, skydiving, and MMA to couple’s therapy, meditation, and starting a coaching business, Bryce knows what it takes to get what you want.
Bryce holds an PCC credential with the International Coach Federation and is a Certified ARISE Interventionist. He primarily works with motivated Millennial Men who are seeking greater purpose, love, and joy in their life.

Areas of interest include Change, transitions, Innovation, Creative expression, group dynamics, transpersonal psychology, somatic and Yoga. She is currently based in Mumbai with her husband, daughter and dog and enjoys traveling. Her hobbies include poetry, painting, crocheting, cooking, gardening and motorcycle riding.
Being a motorcycle rider has helped her discover herself by pushing the boundaries of mind, body and soul and creating new possibilities, something she passionately lives by.
