ACTO’s April 2019 coaching Panel will be discussing coaching with respect to the different generations and how to keep in mind the variety of their needs, desires and perspectives. We will examine how to effectively establish coaching agreements across generations, how to foster trust and intimacy across differing generations and how to form powerful questions according to generational needs.

Considerations when coaching outside of your generation
Considerations for coaching within each generation
How to craft powerful questions that speak to the client’s generation
