Thriving Businesses for our Students – Walking the Talk of the Core Competencies
January 21, 2015
As coach trainers, and as proponents of coaching as both a profession and a business, one of most important roles we have is to provide our students with the training and the support to be able to not only make a living as a coach, but to thrive so that the coaching profession can continue to grow. In this interactive presentation, Christopher will examine the process of engaging with clients and building a thriving coaching business through the lens of the ICF’s Core Competencies. As trainers we can use this framework to support students in developing standard practices and habits that will maintain their business development activities sustainably and ongoing into the future.
