The ACTO Ethics Framework
At ACTO, defining ethics includes a community dialogue, and designing a process that allows for consultative processes and shared learning.
Being proactive about designing and implementing an ethical framework for your coach training school might be one of the most important processes for developing a sustainable business.
At ACTO, our ethics framework and training focusses on the following:
- The key ethical principles to focus on when setting up an effective coach-training.
- An exploration of dilemmas we encounter when engaging in coaching and coach training.
- Robust self-learning modules and curriculum that can be used by both coaches and your training staff.
Some of our members have approached us sharing their ethical dilemmas and questions. We welcome this opportunity as it has helped us create learning dialogues and build perspective.
Moving ahead, we invite you to
- Explore our curriculum and apply it to your context.
- Give us feedback on the process.
- Utilise the framework and process for a dialogue.
As we evolve the ethical framework, we invite our membership in a shared dialogue.
We are curious about how you apply ethical thinking and framework in your coach training.
What do your coaches bring back to you through your classes and engagement , that we can all learn from?
