Linda McLoughlin is an award-winning coach and founder of LeadershipWorks International specializing in coach training; leadership development; gender intelligence and team-building. Linda consults on leadership and government reform and works across Europe; Middle East; Africa; USA and South America. She served as a member of faculty at the Business School of the American University of Sharjah in the UAE and is now based between Dubai and Dublin.
Linda was awarded the prestigious “Coach of the Year 2017” and “Mentor Coach of the Year” honors by ICF Ireland. She is an accredited PCC by ICF and has applied for her MCC. She offers an ICF approved 74 hour training program and mentor coaching to clients in the UAE and will be launching advanced level ICF coach training later in 2018.
Linda researches and publishes in the field of government modernization and women’s leadership and has contributed to a number of books and peer reviewed articles. Linda holds a first-class honors MBS from the Smurfit Business School, UCD; a two-year Diploma in Coaching and completed the Art and Practice of Leadership Development Program at Harvard. She is a licensed facilitator of a psychometrics such as the Baron EQi; LEA 360 and MBTI.
