These quarterly sessions focus on shared learnings and best practices for getting the PCC Markers integrated into coach training programs, including staff training, curriculum updates, mentoring and assessing. Specific discussions on the individual Markers is not in the scope of these sessions.
Our last session focused on how transitioning to the PCC Markers has impacted training organizations, oral exam backlogs and inter-rater reliability in the assessing process. If you were unable to attend, be sure to check out the video recording (members only)!
The next session explores best practices for getting your staff trained in the PCC Markers. Carrie Abner, ICF Director of Credentialing and Accreditation, will join us to provide up-to-date information on ICF strategies and processes for getting program staff trained on the Markers. We’ll also explore the approach to addressing language challenges presented when rolling out the Markers across the world. Your host, Teresa Pool, will facilitate the dialogue.
