I had the honor of working with different cultures, not only with Executives, but also in programs where a coach can make a difference because the way of listening can bring light in the understanding of ways of observing the world, needs, culture, etc.

Among those experiences we will make a trip to the work done with some indigenous cultures in Africa, Mexico, and the Impenetrable , (in the north of the Argentinian´s jungle). We will also talk about my experience working with blind people, with which we created a very interesting coaching program and a company: Coaching with Vision (Coaching con Visión). (you can look at youtube, the credential´s Legacy video performed by the ICF: Elena Espinal´s legacy)

Leaning from these different ways of observing life helped me in my admiration for other cultures, and acknowledging the humanity beneath any difference we can see with our eyes or listen with our ears.

In our conversation, we will meet the following goals:

  • Understanding the value of being opened to listen generously
  • Learn how to ask questions to understand and value what the other person values
  • Leaning to be humble to accept what is “a lot” or “very little” for the other one
