This presentation will share best practices and lessons learned from Georgetown’s integration of the PCC markers into our ACTP coach training program. We have had the opportunity to adopt “the beginners mind” and practice what we aspire to be as coaches and experience the depth that the markers can bring to educating our students around the ICF core competencies. The response from students and faculty has been positive. It is our intention to have a conversation about what worked and did not work in our journey and what we have discovered as we train and assess using the markers. It is a work in progress and our hope is that this conversation will help other schools prepare and continue on this learning journey. It is our intention to learn from each other as we share the wisdom that each one brings to the call.
