ABOUT THE THEME

HUMANS FIRST: Embedding Social Identity Differences in Coach Training, is the theme of this year’s conference.  The intention is to explore the value, the necessity and the “how” of honouring social identity in coach training, coaching, business and in being human.  This statement recognizes the global nature of humanity in all its vulnerability as well as human relationships, which require communication and heart-to-heart connection; this requires that we welcome all facets and invite all perspectives from around the world.

Extrapolating the conference theme, the following tracks and subthemes support a flexible frame for exploration and dialogue:

TRACK 1 – Honouring Social Identity in Coach Training
These presentations address the value of embedding social identity and the students’ rich cultural experiences in the training process.

TRACK 2 – Honouring Social Identity in Business
These presentations address the value of embedding social identity and diverse cultural experiences in running your business.

TRACK 3 – Honouring Social Identity in the Coaching Relationship
These presentations address the value of embedding social identity and diverse cultural experiences and coaching across cultural differences in coaching.

A conference fee supports both the conference event and our entire program year. To support our focus on access and inclusion, we offer a tiered rate structure based on your capacity to pay.
