Together we will explore the DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) landscape and share our position on these issues as professional coaches. We encourage ourselves to be partners with our clients and collaborators, so together we will see the keys to establish an agreement within a space when client-coach compatibility issues arise. We will ask ourselves: What does it mean to be a coach in a diverse world and how can we inhabit that space? Most importantly, we will begin to examine how to maintain our presence in this space.

After more than 30 years in the field of education across cultures and languages and nearly a decade as a coach, I can say with authority that I love learning and am driven by a desire to see coaching reach its full potential to achieve a change in our world. At 53, looking back on the experiences and journey that have brought this joyous Caribbean to her doorstep, I see a list of countries, communities, organizations and people I have worked with and our accomplishments that give me the hope of the beautiful world that we can build together. As the father of two energetic teenagers, I work tirelessly to leave the world better than I found it.
