Using a modiﬁed version of Robert Diltz’ Logical Layers Pyramid with layers of your identity, values, beliefs, capabilities, behaviors, and more, we’ll explore each of these layers while embracing a coaching mindset. This session oﬀers a transformative experience, guiding you to visualize and connect diﬀerent aspects of your social identity in your profession or business.

With coaching and creative design, you’ll reshape the stories within you, cultivating the life you envision—one story, one line at a time.

Materials needed:

basic plain white paper (copy paper, drawing paper, )
black felt tipped pen (Sharpies and Flair pens are examples, ﬁne to medium point recommended)
something to add color – highlighters in a few colors, markers, colored pencils, crayons all work great

Jennifer Cooper is re-writing her own story after spending over 25 years in the tech and legal sectors. She’s the founder of StoriedLine.com, a new endeavor that uses a transformative blend of coaching and creative design to help people reshape their inner stories and cultivate the life they want. She’s a founding member of Empressa.ai, author of stories included in “The Women of Microsoft: Empowering Stories from the Minds that Coded the World”, and is the organizer for TEDxSammamish Women. Her favorite title is Mom, to her three children (ages 14, 11, and 8). They live in the Paciﬁc Northwest and dedicate an entire closet in their home to cards and board games.
