Quantum Coaching Method
Quantum Coaching Method™ was created out of the passion to support Health and Wellness Coaches in working more confidently, deeply, and sustainably with their clients while, at the same time, navigating their own parallel path of personal growth and development.
Our commitment is to support the "Whole Coach" in creating excellence in their ability to facilitate change and walk with clients toward their desired goals. What sets us apart from many other programs is our focus on Mentorship and Training in a small-group
learning environment. This offers coaches a unique opportunity to be heard and integrate what they are learning more seamlessly and effectively.
One of our many strengths as an organization is to walk alongside our coaches as they learn to take theory and translate it into practice. Our highly acclaimed programs, including our premier certification program, Quantum Coaching Essentials™, follow the Quantum Coach's Journey Model which centers around Whole-Person wellness and self-care as a springboard for developing a thriving coaching practice.
Our Functional Coach Approach™ offers the most advanced skills necessary to transform old patterns and habits and instead design a lifestyle that supports self-efficacy, self-compassion and resiliency.
These skills include how to increase readiness to take action, expand self-awareness and acceptance, remove obstacles to success, and create optimal environments for facilitating lifestyle change.
To excel as coaches, we believe it is necessary to commit to being our own "first" clients and "walking our talk" It is from this vantage point we can lean into being the creator of our own health and wellbeing and in turn, more readily support our clients in doing the same.

The Quantum Coaching Method encourages practitioners to stand powerfully as natural leaders for whom authentic living is the most powerful calling card. To meet this need, we also offer many other programs including those which support coaches to create their personal brand, and promote themselves in alignment with who they are.
Our primary instructor, Marilena Minucci, brings best practices from over 25 years of whole-person, client-centered coaching, training, marketing and business development.
