Coaching Belonging – How to Support Others in Finding a Sense of Belonging

What does it mean to belong? What is our role as coaches in helping our clients experience belonging? And, how can we find belonging ourselves? In this keynote, we will explore all of these questions and more. Together we will learn the theory of belongingness and how it applies in different contexts, the four types of belonging – self, foundational, group, and societal – and, why a sense of belonging is declining. With this context, we will determine what actions to take to advance belonging for our clients and ourselves.
