Anushka Kelkar is an entrepreneur and learning experience designer committed to enabling more individuals to care for their mental health. She’s the co-founder of Therapize, a social impact focused mental healthcare startup redesigning how empathy led care can be delivered.

As a learning experience designer and fiercely committed problem solver she has worked across the startup, non-profit, behavioural research and philanthropy sectors to enable transformative change in individuals at organizations like Wework, Google, and Central Square Foundation. She has been a speaker at forums like the John Hopkins International Social & Behaviour Change, the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science, and the Women’s Web amongst others.
