Just as we breath a sight of relief, new disruptions erupt. The very fabric of our world feels like it is tearing apart. It is more important than ever that we remain with the unfolding, present, calling forth higher possibilities. Coaching is about deep presence, holding our center in the midst of life’s storms, harmonizing polarities, and reaching a higher ground with aligned action. This session is to explore the gifts of our internal and external diversity and holding the possibility of unity.

I am a conscious leadership coach and facilitator committed to bringing people back to themselves and each other. I bring to light the unconscious ways we create stuckness in patterns of separation and conflict, and I support the creation of empowering, and peaceful mindsets and cultures based on the pillars of self-awareness, self-empowerment, emotional regulation, conscious communication, collaboration, social equity, and purpose driven leadership.
