For 25 years, New Ventures West has been offering training in Integral Coaching®: an ongoing, evolving approach intended to be the most comprehensive response to human life. Its practitioners reach deeply into the past, gathering wisdom from East and West, while simultaneously staying current with the frontiers of new discovery in cognitive science, genetics, and other disciplines.
The Professional Coaching Course, our yearlong Integral Coach certification program, blends a rigorous course of study with hands-on practice and attention to participants’ own individual development. You will study, learn, and practice with an intimate group of no more than 20 students. The course consists of four four-day in-person sessions spread evenly throughout the year. Between sessions, you engage with a personalized development plan, reading, written assignments, and practice coaching, with regular contact, support, and guidance from world-class faculty.
