I am an unconventional and rigorous leadership and coaching educator, executive advisor and governance expert, with a career spanning over 25 years in organisational governance, leadership development and business law, grounded in military education.

As the founder of Iserve Leadership Framework™, I have introduced an integrative, pragmatic and human potential oriented approach that empowers leaders to navigate complexity while fostering purpose-driven growth and sustainable effects.

My expertise merges knowledge of regulated systems and governance frameworks with understanding of human behaviour and leadership mechanisms. This multidisciplinary approach facilitates, through precise and practical processes and interventions, high-impact effects related to the challenges of executives and organisations.
