Coach training and certification for the Certified Professional Coach designation. The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) not only develops superior life, business, executive/corporate and health and wellness coaches, but also focuses on how to successfully market and build coaching practices. Over 95% of our graduates are coaching in a part or full-time capacity. 85% of our students have paying clients before graduation.

How do you conduct your training:
We offer a 7 month, 320+ hour fully accredited (ICF) certification program consisting of three live modules (90 hours total), weekly teleclasses, group work, extensive hands-on coaching practice, class supervision, one-to-one mentor coaching (your ICF credentialed mentor coach is included in the cost of the program) and self  study. After acceptance to the program, all required reading, e-workbooks, coaching manuals and other materials (all included in the tuition) are supplied so the student can begin training immediately. All live modules are wonderfully experiential 3-day intensives, specifically designed to develop superior coaching skills. Life & Leadership Potentials Training, the first module in our full coach training program, is also available as a stand-alone introduction to coaching for people who want to “try out” the coaching program before making a commitment to the entire training or who want to learn coaching skills in their lives and businesses.

The foundation of your coach training program:
iPEC has become renowned for developing some of the best coaches anywhere due to our proprietary Core Energy Coaching™ process. The Core Energy Coaching™ process is unique within this rapidly growing profession. Our methodology not only helps clients break through to sustainable success in an amazingly short period of time, but also fully empowers the coach to live his or her life in a remarkable new way. You learn this methodology, not just through teleclass learning, but through our intensive live modules. These live weekends (three 3-day weekends throughout the 7 month training) enable you to learn new skills and apply them immediately. You learn through hours and hours of practice and experience in an environment where no mistakes can be made and only exceptional professional and business growth and development can occur. Many of our students cite the intensive, experiential learning model that we use as directly responsible for the profound confidence that they have even in their first coaching assignments. For those who go on to open their own coaching practices, they, too, cite their confidence in their acquired skills and the time the iPEC program devotes to business development and getting started as the primary reasons why they have become successful. Our programs and service offerings are geared toward individuals looking to become certified professional coaches, experienced coaches who want to develop their skills, individuals and entrepreneurs seeking to attain their personal and professional goals, staff members of human resource and training departments, and managers and executives within corporations and non-profit organizations. We hope you decide to join our diverse and talented community of coaches and continue to spread the success of this powerful and transforming work. Collectively, we make the world a happier, more enlightened place — one person and one business at a time.
